You should be able to contact a few in your area to find out if they do services like this, otherwise depending on where you live other options might be better (like going to another state or buying something online). I know you can get mini champagne bottles at the liquor store, however, I don’t think they personalize em. I would call some wineries in your area and ask them if they could make personalized labels. If not, you could ask if they could leave the bottles plain and make your own labels. It’s not that hard and it would be even more special for your guests.
